This is going to sound a little crazy at first, but bare with me for a sec.

Next friday my guild/alliance is throwing a party and we need a few people to play roles at the party. It's going to be around 3 hours long and some of the activities were going to have are:
Duels- duels will begin with random teams of 8vs8 the winning team of 8 will then seperate into a random team of 4vs4 the winning team of 4vs4 will seperate into a random team of 2vs2 and the winning two will square off against each other. Prizes will be awarded to winners.

Races- Runners will pair off with judges and leave from ascalon on a sprint to sanctum kay. Winners will recieve a prize. Races will be held right after the party ends.

Dodge Ball- Teams of 2 will go into a duel battle naked with only 1 rez sig and 1 ranged attack. The Dodgeball team with the most wins at the end of the party will win a prize. (no long range ranger attacks)

Scavenger hunt- Up to 15 players will enter a duel map. The scavenger hunt judge will then place a number of items all over the map. When he has finished placing items he will start the game. Players will race to grab items which will be worth different amounts of points. Flowers=1 point, Feathers=2 points, Pearls=3 points, pendants=5 points. The player with the most items wins the scavenger hunt.

So, as you can see, we've got a lot of stuff set up. Here's where we need people though. We need dancers (or as people in GW call them, "strippers") We really would like to have around 10 dancers. Mesmer female with the night clothes 15k arm, and a couple male dancers that dont matter what they wear. Dancers will "work" for tips which should be quite a lot (if you dont leave with at least 20k we'll make the difference.) Were going to have a "champaign room" set up where you can charge your own fee for private dances. And while were playing games you may join in.

We also need bartenders. At least 5 of them. Bartenders will hold the ale and other drinks and pass them out for us as they are needed. Just mingle around with the crowd and ask if people need drinks. You will pass out ales for free and sell specialty drinks like witches brew ect. in the champaign room. People will tip you for bringing them drinks and at the end of the night you will recieve 10k + how ever much you made on selling the special drinks like witches brew, rice wine, spiked eggnog ect. Bartenders will be required to make a new char that will be uniform with all of the other bartenders and will be allowed to join in any of the activities when they are not serving drinks.

And finally we need a band of about 6 diff chars to just show up and do the emote for different instruments. The band will play for about 10 min. And each band member will recieve 5k for their time and be allowed to join in any of the diff games we have going on.

wow, I really thought I'd get flamed for asking about this. That's so cool you guys are so cool with this. I just realised from a diff site that I didn't add the time to the post.

This will take place next friday at 8PM EST through 11PM EST. But dancers, band members and bar tenders need to show up at 7PM EST. Invites to the guild will be sent out at 6PM so just show up any time after then so we can make sure all the bartenders are uniform, explain better how this is going to work out, give a good walkthrough, and make sure everyone is on the same page.

It will start at 8pm est on july 21, if you are going to work at the party you need to be there at 7pm est. The party will last until 11pm est.

We have decided anyone who wishes to attend the party may. Just PM me your in game name and I'll send you an invite to our guild as a guest at 7:30pm est on the 21st. Moreover we have decided not to charge invite fees, or charge for dwarven ales though there may be a limit on the free ones. However we will be chargeing small fees for rare drinks like witches brew, spiked eggnog, rice wine, absinth, ect. These fees are only to reimburse the players who have donated the items.
